Was looking for help on store level at office depo and ask the sales assosiate to help me with a purchase... he was not receptive to helping me.... I called the store manager and complained , and the manager never said he was sorry, and in conclusion he said he was not trained to assist me with my orginal issue .. sounds like they need to fire the store managers and replace them with min wage call center employes
