Office Depot - Abass Kargbo ripoff return policy Gaithersburg Maryland

Abass Kargbo, glorified "Assistant Manager", of Office Depot store in Gaithersburg, MD refused to accept a return of telephones after 14 days.

He redefined a telephone as a "multifunciton" machine subject to the 14 day return period policy of Office Depot. When I pressed him on how a telephone is considered a "multifunciton machine" (copier, fax, printer, scanner all in one device), he stated that the telephone I was returning has more than one telephone line.

Office Depot's catalogs have a seperate section for "multifunciton machines" (AKA "all in one") and telephones.Abass Kargbo didn't study that section in his management training program.
