 It seems O'l rent a cop McDonald will randomly write you a ticket knowing that even if you appeal the useless cops at the Seal Beach cop shop will deny your claim. 

 The city of Seal Beach uses an outside agency to write parking citations, this gives them the ability to deny any accountability when you try to appeal a ticket. I recently received a ticket from some rent a cop calling himself officer McDonald # 302 for not displaying my parking receipt correctly even though it was on the dash, and in plain sight. I went to the police department, filled out the forms and the as I figured the cops arbitrarily denied my claim, thus calling me a liar. . .
