I have been a victim of the same fraud for the same amount. See my other posts here as I have identified this scammer and provided more contact information.
Look for Stefan Giudici and NY Internet Technologies, as well as AsSeenOnTVShop.net and his profile on LinkedIn.com.
File complaints wit authorities in NY also.
Lets get this scammer in JAIL where he belongs.
