OFFICIAL TV ONLINE - NY Internet Technologies Stole my money New York New York

The actual spelling of this scammers last name is Giudici, which was obtained from his "LinkedIn" profile where he declares himself as the owner of "www.AsSeenOntvShop.net" which has the same contact info as these other scam that he claims he is not a part of.

Coincidence?

I don't think so.

I pulled this information right from a post by this scammer promoting his "business".

04/24/08 I placed an order on line for the Foot Detox Pads. Invoice #: 9700, order #:053798190. Total was $25.94. They got their money from my checking/debit account on 04/25/08. I never rec'd the product. I tried several times to call and email. When I phoned, I would get a message that the message box is full and never a response to my emails.
They had on their website ControlScan which I thought was safe and secure. They also have it on their new website.

Also, when I tried to email from both websites, I noticed they both had the same exact email address: footdetox2008@yahoo.com

I have also filed a complaint with my bank, the BBB of New York, ControlScan and The NCL and The Federal Trade Commission.

Dispute that charge immediately!!

Also file a FRAUD complaint with your credit card company.
