They Charged my Debit Card for a Dr. Franks pain Spray and never delivered it. They do not answer the phone, there is only a message instructing you to email them at officaltvstore@yahoo.com and "you will be answered in 24 hours"...right...not even in 24 years..... and they never replied my emails. The purchased was done on Feb 08/2008. I think they are in New York, on Debit Card shows the initials NY before the transaction number.

File a fraud complaint with the FBI Internet Crimes Bureau and State of NY Consumer Protection Division.
File a dispute with your credit card company. Due to the long time period, do not do it by phone, do it in writing and send by certified mail, return reciept requested. Put the certified# on the letter itself and keep a copy for your records. This is very important.
Direct them to the hundreds of complaints here on ROR.
Check out NY Internet Technologies and you will see many aliases, but the phone# is the same on all sites.
Stefan Giudici is the person that the "business" telephone # on the website belongs to. You can sue him personally.
Think about it. What legitimate business would use ONLY a Yahoo email address??
