Offroad armor Jd murray Lied and never produced the product. And hasnt returned money after saying he did. Falcon Colorado

I ordered a rear bumper for an xj from jd (owner of offroad armor) because he was advertising on a local craigslist and said he gave a local pick up discount. The bumpers looked really good in the pictures and the price was decent. I paid him on june 18 and he said the bumper would be done sometime around the begining of july. I waited until around the middle to late july to call him and ask how the bumper was coming along, he said it was almost done and would be done within the week. So i waited another 2 weeks before calling again, and he gave me the same response. So i waited another 2 weeks and called but no answer so i left a message, still got no response from the message. Called again after a week and he said he didnt even remember what bumper i ordered......

So i told him i was pissed off and he said he understood and said he would have it done by friday. He text me friday and said it was done but needed another coat of paint and was it ok if he delivered it to me on saturday night or sunday. I said sure and gave him my address. Well needless to say i didnt hear from him again all weekend, so i text him on monday and said i would like to have my money put back into my account please. He did not respond so i called on wednesday and he said that he got the text and already proccesed the refund and i should see it in a couple of days. Today is just over a week later and i still do not have my refund so i called the bank and filed a complaint and i am letting them handle it at this point. I feel like all he does is lie and i was extremely patient with him assuming the best and all i did was get screwed.
