I have included a picture that shows you where this address is. Do a Google search and then look at the map yourself and zoom into Street View on Google. It's a shady back-alley run-down apartment in a high crime area. More very suspicious information. WARNING, WARNING. This company is not to be trusted. Keep looking elsewhere.

Company Formations 24/7 is a reputable UK Company Formation & Registration Agent, incorporating around 30,000 UK and offshore companies each year. In addition to incorporating these companies, Company Formations 24/7 also provide a Registered Office service, whereby, for privacy and other reasons, companies pay to use its office address, for postal redirection and company registration purposes.
As such, there are several thousand companies which share the address of Company Formations 24/7. Company Formations 24/7 is not responsible for the activities of its clients, which are unconnected to Company Formations 24/7 in all material respects. It is entirely wrong, therefore, and highly defamatory to suggest that there is "a ton of fraud associated" with Company Formations 24/7, and to describe Company Formations 24/7 as a "Fraudulent organization that steals people's money".
Company Formations 24/7 left the address referred to in this "complaint" in 2010. A separate registered agent operates out of 788 Finchley Road, London. It is possible that the three companies referred to in the "complaint" were not in any event registered by Company Formations 24/7.
The reference to Google's Street View is similarly misguided. The images Google took of the outside of 2 Woodbery Grove, London, were taken in July 2008, before Company Formations 24/7's office was built in 2010. Far from being a "back-alley run-down apartment in a high crime area", the office is now on a rather nice street. Anyone interested in visiting the office is welcome to do so.
