Oggvo took $2,000 from me, failed to deliver services, and refused to issue a refund. Seattle Washington

I entered into a contract with Oggvo (Oggvorep, LLC), a Washington-based company, on September 6, 2024, for business reputation management services. Their representative, Shane Chase, assured me he would personally manage my account. Based on this promise, I paid $2,000 upfront. However, after payment was made:

1. No Services Were Delivered: Oggvo failed to provide any of the promised services, including activating my Google Business page and managing my online reputation.
2. Poor Communication: Shane Chase, who initially promised to handle my account, completely ghosted me. I was passed to other representatives, including Katrina Borbon and Dustin Loffler, neither of whom communicated effectively or delivered results.
3. Refusal to Refund: Despite Oggvo’s failure to meet their contractual obligations, they refused to issue a refund. Instead, they suggested continuing their services, which I declined due to their complete lack of professionalism and performance.

Oggvo markets itself as a company that improves business reputations by removing bad reviews and promoting positive ones, but they appear to engage in the same practices for their own benefit. Their Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating is an F, with numerous unresolved complaints that mirror my experience.
