I purchased 2 samples (1 lotion and 1 cream) for my face. I authorizes a one time charge of $5.00 for shipping and handling. I didn,t receive the package for over 2 wks. When I opened the box there were 2 of each. My credit card was charged for a 2 month supply:not postage/handling. I called and was told I was 1 day too late to request refund. Even though I didn't receive package. Also my receipt states ;1 for $5 and a second for $5. There is no further charge enclosed. These people should be processed for consumer fraud.
