I met Derek Verdaletti at what he said was his house to pay for him to install an overhead door and gave him $1,300 cash. I have a reciept and all to prove it. Shortly after that Derek stopped answering his phone etc. I neded up going back to the house I met him at and the guy said he doesn't live there but had also screwed him over and owes him money also. This is the second complaint of his so called company on here. He needs to be stopped, this is a Felony. I will be persuing it in person to get my money back. His address is (((redacred))) Midwest city OK I have the reciept and everything I need to prove what happened. Anyone please contact me if you have any info

Derek is a scam artist and a very bad person. I gave seen 1st hand the damage he can cause with his lies and manipulation. Someone should something to stop him in his tracks.
Unfortunatley I have no proof of my witnessing. Those of you that do should file your reports. I will provode you some info that may be helpful. his location.

He has several felonies for this same thing. I feel more people need to alert the right authorities because he gets out and does the SAME thing. He should go to prison for the amount of money he has stolen and he was on probation while doing so. Maybe find out his probation officers name and alert him/her of the situation that happened, again I am sorry he did this to another person. He does work mainly off of craigslist and its sad that he does this just to support an illegal habit. Again if I can be of any more help I would be more than willing.

If you will google his name several different people come up. Pursue him in court, there are several other people who are. The news channel also did an "In Your Corner" on him because he has done this to so many good Oklahoman residents to support his drug habbit. If I can be of any assistance, I would happily do so. I am sorry to hear that he did this. Also his house is no where near Midwest City, more like Bethany/Warr Acres area.
