This Insurance Company failed to give me fair mrkt. value for my car that their insured totaled.
This insurance company did not pay for "lose of use" ( car rental for 2 weeks) while they where determining the extent of my lose.
This Insurance company did not cover my expenses traveling nearly 5oo miles and lose of wages to get my wife home, she was the victim of the accicent.
This insurance company lied to the Texas Department Of Insurance when responding to my complaint.
