I have a very old swamp cooler. They replaced the motor. This took 3 weeks. The motor lasted one day. Old Republic had to approve a new swamp cooler, charging me $270. This was after I've been running my AC for almost a month, costing me a fortune.

Why get a warrantee if I have to pay for their subcontractors to replace it after waiting a month? I could have bought a new cooler with the money it has cost me in AC?

This company is a Rip-off. Stay away.
