I was contacted by who was supposed to be the federal grant building in Washington DC claiming I was selected to recieve a grant for ten thousand dollars. Ended up paying 290$ and then 680$ for wiring and insurance fees. Was told by another person, Oliver Page @ 646-727-9155 stating that my money was released and would be wired to my bank by 10pm that day. Well... Needless to say I never recieved any money and now I am broke cause I used every dollar I had to do this, I feel so stupid right now and I need to know what to do or where I can find these ppl.

The bottom line is you got scammed, possibly from someone overseas. It's easy to get a U.S. phone number, even one that will ring overseas.
Note to all: NEVER send money when you get an unsolicited call saying they have money for you. It may be a grant, a sweepstates win, etc. They're all scams. Stay away. For the original poster, I think you're out of luck. You'll never be able to find these people, and you money is gone.
