Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Hired Doug Lattin and Omega Event Services to handle reception. Paid $4000 deposit well in advance. Morning of setup no one showed. Called and called. Finally reached Doug who claimed truck broke down.
Finally showed up with maybe 20 percent of items. I said forget it and just give me my money.
Five months later and still no money.
