Company contacted me to advertise the sale of my timeshare back in Oct. 2007. Paid them $999 for providing aggressive advertising. Assured me the transaction would take place from 3 weeks to 9 months maximum. I've been sending this company e-mails requesting status of sale. Company doesn't respond. Want a complete refund of my money. If there is a class action against this company, I'd like to be included.
