Despite a perfect payment record, Home Depot cancelled my credit card and sent my balance to Omni Credit Services of Tampa, FL for collection. I contacted Omni and settled my account on Octob er 19, 2012. Omni did nothing in response: I continue to get bills and threatening messages from Home Depot, and I have receive nothing from Omni documenting my payment. My "representative" at Omni is unfailingly rude. A terrible outfit with terrible people.
