OmniTech Support Services OmniTech Fraud? Los Angeles, California

Thought I was contacting MicroSoft, but turned out to be OmniTech who represented to me that I was working with MicroSoft about a download problem. They advised I had a polymorphic virus that prevented the activation. After spending nearly 6 hrs working remote looked like the program was working. Next day started computer and got msg that iPhone Sync was not working and I had more problems with the MicroSoft program. Contacted OmniTech after talking to MicroSoft and learned that I had not worked with them. Eventually OmniTech agreed to refund the payment I made, and now I still have to get the computer fixed so that Office 2010 and iPhone sync work properly. More $$.
