 First and foremost second chances are indeed a positive. Unfortunately Mr. Rubin has had second, third and many more chances. If one does their due diligence you will find this is not a one time mistake. This is a pattern of ongoing & constant fraud that always costs the investor as well as the victim who buys into his machinations. Whether Medicor with his scheme that cost thousands of victims hundreds of dollars each for which he has an outstanding 16 million dollar judgement or his Weight Loss scheme. Rather than own up has he alleges, he fled to Mexico where he started another scheme to defraud victims in a Timeshare Scam for five years or more untill the federal authorities caught him and extradited him back to the U.S., All one has to do is Google Matthew Craig Rubin and you can read about it all yourself and there is so much more. In reference to his present scam, On Demand Medical Technology, Inc. A Delaware Corporation which is used for the purpose of deception; one is able to hide it's financial as well as individuals who have interest in the corporation. Delaware like no other State falls under the 1936 Securities Act. Bad for investors, good for the Officers and Stockholders. Though ODMT is portrayed as this massive successful and thriving company it's quite the opposite. Basically it's a one man operation that is totally controlled by Mr. Rubin. He hoodwinks unsuspecting professionals with false promises and big paydays so he can build a website that boasts Doctors, PAs, Marketing Directors and so on. Just try to reach out for one of them. ODMT is a company that operates out of an apartment located at 20100 N. 78th Place, Unit 2202- Scottsdale ,AZ. He uses an address 3260 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ which is merely a mail drop. Ironically the same address he used for his previous scam dealing with solar (Emergent Solar Solutions) just months earlier.
