onan genterator bad genterator and they know it is only going to last up to 300hrs before it has to be overhaul and dont tell you this louisville, Kentucky

we purchase a onan genterator in may of 2010 in our new camper. oct we had to have it work on because it quit. had a recall on it and the circuit board went out. now in may 2012 quit again took it to onan in louisville the service person said it could be several things and some of the things i told him had been done the last time, he said he would pull the records and check nobody bother to call me to tell me what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to repair but they said they did on the invoice.

I got there and had a 800.00 bill the service person told me these genterator only last up to 300 hrs before everything has to be overhall. When you purchase these 4000 genterator they dont tell you that you will have to have it redone every 300 hrs. Why purchase something that you are going to keep spending money on. They are misleading the customer so they can make money on the repair bills. They know nobody is going to purchase this genterator.
