We received a bill from a company called One Call Communications, Inc on behalf of Navicomm, LTD for $33.16.

This was for internet website access charges. We never visit websites that charge a fee.

In fact our telephone company has a block on our telephone number.

Except for fraud reports, I have been unable to locate any information on Navicomm, LTD.
