It is not right in this time to be ripping people off in general. A Lot of people are without jobs and are on a tight budget to try and feed their families and pay their bills. These schemers target people more so when times are tough. I would love to win a money prize just to pay my bills. This is wrong and gives desperate people false hope. These people should be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Shame on them.
