Stay away from these guys-they are nothing more than a high priced bucket shop. I recently inheired a house that had a small goverment loan on it. I told them that on the first call. Had the house appraised for $282,000. They asked for more and more papers every day. They caused quite a "storm" with my local building inspector and tax department and after a while told me they could not get me a loan because there was a loan on the property that had to be repaid and they could not do it ??? Their fees are outrageous. STAY AWAY !!! Deal with someone local who can provide you references UP FRONT and don't waste your time with these clowns.
