Please note, all shipments from One Source Supply are shipped from different address & business name:

Distribution Center

8936 Comanche AvenueChatsworth, CA91311

Please be very wary when dealing with anyone representing this company. Unless someone from your office has specifically ordered products from this company, do not sign for any UPS shipments shipped from the above address.

To make a long story short, we were shipped unsolicited merchandise, billed $159.00 per printer toner cartridge which list for $12 to $44 with anyone else. After he couldn't find any paperwork to verify an agreement made in April of 2008, John Marks (Marx?) insisted that our former site manager and "Rep" Terry Martin had a "verbal agreement" for 24 cartridges at $159.00 apiece (which he claimed was a discounted price).

After filing a complaint with the State of California Department of Justice: Office of the Attorney General, One Source Supply provided a rebuttal that basically stated phone communications tend to generate more misunderstanding and confusion than face-to-face communication. "In order to insure that customer fully understands the transaction and to avoid confusion, we have a salaried employee, [sic] record a verification call with the customer to make sure the customer fully understands the transaction."

This "verification call confirms that the order was placed, the quantity, product amount, price, address, shipper authorization to order and to inquire if any additional approval is needed before shipping. This is done to protect the customer from receiving unwanted goods and make sure that we do not waste our time and money shipping goods that will be returned. The recording of the verification call is done with the knowledge of the customer."

Since this was the first we were hearing of such "verification calls," I called One Source Supply and spoke with John Marks (Marx?) to request a copy of these calls. As always, he answered the phone with "Corporate Office." I made my request, he took notes and told me "I'll see what I can do."

I made that request on November 18, 2009; it is now January 8, 2010 and I've heard nothing from One Source Supply regarding my request. Our company lost $3500 over a period of 2-3 years with this company, please don't let your company suffer the same fate.
