*UPDATE Employee: No money-back guarantee
I was ripped off by these crroks several years back and am surprised that anyone would deal with them. I am surprised that they are still in business. The fact that there are so many unhappy customers makes me wonder if the City of Las Vegas and the state of Nevada really care about the people this business has ripped off. They used unscrupulous business tactics to make sure I never got the $500 100% guaranteed money back if my car did not sell. They are the kings of fraud. Anyone who deals with them needs to have their heads examined.

If you are an employee then you have only been there for a short period of time or you have a short memory because they did have a guarantee policy. This incident happened in 2010. I still have the policy I signed stating the requirements. I sent your company $500 and uploaded several pictures which were dictated by your company as to what they wanted pictures of. It was specified that if the car did not sell within a certain number of days they would refund my $500. After this time period they refused to refund my money because they said that I did not comply with an email (that they said was sent at a later date) that specified that I needed to send them another picture of the trunk area. The fact is I never got that email. It was their intent all along to make up something so that they could use that as a reason not to refund my money. A reputable company would have made it clear from the beginning as to what was required at the beginning. All the pictures that they needed would have been specified in the beginning. A contract specifies that when you sign it everything required is included. Anything added at a later date has to be added as an amendment and has to be signed by both parties and notorized. This never happened. A non-reputable company (One Stop Motors) will do anything they can to not fulfill their obligations to the customer. They know that most people will never persue them because it would take far more than the $500 they lost to file and initiate a law suit. This is why they do what they do. So, you can believe anyting you are told but the truth will always be the truth. Perhaps you would be better served to do some research before you defend your employers. I did write the Nevada Attorney General as well as the Los Vegas BBB. So you can deny that this never happened all you want but the truth is what it is.

No money-back guarantee

There is not, nor has there ever been, a money-back-guarantee if your vehicle does not sell. Rather, we commit to advertising your vehicle, offering access to financing, etc. UNTIL THE VEHICLE IS SOLD. We have had competitors saying untrue and negative things about us since we enjoyed success in helping people market their vehicles for sale by owner, so I just put this report down as more bad-mouthing of our business instead of competing with it. Notice, there is only reference to "several years back". This is not a new report of "wrongdoing", but simply a negative knock on a business competitor. Sad to say, but the Internet is full of this tripe.
