Quicken 18 stopped working. I looked up quicken support on the internet, and talked to a mark simmons. He said he did this for a living. He got my permission to access my computer, being over a barrel l gave him access. The problem was fixed, "drivers are not running, up securities are compromised, few u authorized access found and password is messed up" and he charged us $439.45 unlimited support . The funny thing is they want to be played by check. We haven't paid him yet.
