Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered original order over a year plus ago (10/2005)and was promised when the advanced course came out that I'd get it for free since I already paid for it. Since then I have an email stating that I'd get the free course. I have written 8 times and over a period of about 7 months still haven't received my free course.

I am satisfied with the compensation and response from 599CD.Com AccessLearningZone.com Amicron Computing. Owner (Richard) gave me the free course and then compensated with an additional course for all of my trouble and has made it very clear that he is concerned that the customer is pleased with the product.
I am pleased, and have recommended 599CD.com, AccessLearningZone.com, Amicron Computing to other potential customers.

For whatever reason, I never received the emails this customer sent to ask for his free class. As soon as I found out about this problem, however, I immediately sent him the free class he requested, plus one additional one. I hope that this helps to make up for the inconvenience.
