I was contacted to answer survey. Was told I would recieve gift card as reward. Could try medical website to talk to Dr and get treatment for minor problems. Could cancel before 11 days for no more fee. Would get walmart gift card for $100.00. 

Then was given another reward for trying internet fixing service for $100.00 gift card.

I can not get intouch with OnecallMD.com for cancelation or to get reward cards. Was redirected to MDlive .com for medical information about service but no gift card reward,
