the gutters are still leaking in the same places. Sent 2 men to pu a cap on gutter who spoke no english, and didnot remove a black mark on facia board, wnich he put there. Charged me and I was not able to inspect his work. but took his word for the work he supposedly completed. He will not answer my calls, and I suspect he did NOT complete the job as promised.

Client requested a quote for gutter cleaning and sealing of specific areas. The cleaning and sealing of gutters were performed and completed at clients request. Client signed off on all work completed and paid the invoice. We then received multiple calls from client for additional requests outside the scope of original quote. We returned and completed these items for free in order to provide superior service. These items included sealing new areas, replacing scratched aluminum section, replaced old caulking.
Client then complained about a small amount of caulking residue on fascia which we again returned and cleaned. While we are disappointed that we could not ultimately satisfy our client, she received more than fair value for cleaning and sealing work but unfortunately the expectations of final results are not set in reality.
