1) I made a hotel reservation and paid for3 nights, but then, I called next day and changed my stay to 2 nights. (At this point, they already charged my credit card for 3 nights.) The customer represetative told me that she/he would give me a refund for 1 night. It's been almost a month and I have not received any refund.

2) It's very difficult to reach them by phone, the wait is at least 20 minutes.
