I've seen posts about this opportunity. I want to let everyone know that I have been a member since June of last year. I spent $10,000 to get in and after a few months before seeing any money coming back, they changed the structure. Supposedly we could put in either a $2,000 ad campaign or a $4,000 ad campaign either making zero and up to two and a half times that amount. I had a few campaigns And made a total of $6,500 back. I put in a $2,000 campaign at the beginning of August which ran for 30 days And was supposed to get the payout on September 8th. However, at the end of August we received an email from support stating they were having some issues and they would reach out to all their affiliates no later than September 5th to let them know how we would move forward. Nothing more specific than that. I heard nothing and started to email them on September 6th. Today is September 10th and I just sent my fourth email with no reply yet. I also sent three text messages to people who were associated with the company at the beginning who have no problem giving you their number so that you can pay to join. One person replied and said she no longer is part of that business and told me to email support. I reminded her I had emailed support Three times previously with no response. I've been scammed before as most of us have over the years but this one seemed legitimate enough especially for a year. I know what to do with the Better Business Bureau and other places I can warn people about these scam artists. Does anybody know what organization I can contact to start a claim possibly for everyone involved to get their money back?

#3 REBUTTAL Individual responds

Online Fraud Report impacting thousands of people for thousands of dollars each.

AUTHOR: Mitchell - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, November 19, 2023

We are a collective group 200 individuals from all over the United States, and we grow
every day. We are writing to report a significant financial scam orchestrated by individuals
associated with Online Academy LLC. Our combined losses total over one million dollars, and
we urgently seek your assistance in locating these individuals and freezing their bank accounts. It
has come to our attention that this is not their first instance of perpetrating such fraudulent
activities.
The main individuals are:
Matt Graham (804) 220-8721 10120 Uppingham Terrace Richmond VA 23235
Orlando Diaz (305) 323-5255 1894 SW 4th St, Miami, FL 33135.
These people also participated in the fraud as closers:
Eric Jacobson, Mike Lowery, Russ Vavra & Terry Collins
Key Details of the Scam:
Perpetrators: Matt Graham and Orlando Diaz, among others, actively encouraged participants to
borrow money from their chosen lender or use their credit card or personal check to join Online
Academy, citing the program's purported profitability for all clients. They assured us that Online
Academy Passive Participants would inevitably earn substantial commissions based on proven
client ad campaign results.
The opportunity was to be 100% passive as they (Online Academy) would be placing all
advertising campaigns on their end. We were required to place $4,000.00 per cycle into their
portal. At the end of the cycle, we were guaranteed to be paid back at least the 4K, but up to
$10,000.00. With the average being somewhere in the middle. Our only obligation was to
purchase the ad campaigns. This came with the promise of a full money-back guarantee at any
time. It was $12,000.00 to get into the ad cycles but with the model they sold us on, it was
feasible to make your money back in 6 months. Most of us never got a chance to see any returns.
On August 25th they sent out an email to all their clients/victims saying that they had to shut
down operations temporarily, but they would get back to us by September 5th, 2023. That was
the last anyone has heard from them. They are gone and so is everyone’s money.

Losses: Many of us are now saddled with significant loans with high-interest rates, while others
have suffered substantial financial losses right out of their bank accounts and credit cards. We
entrusted our money in good faith, backed by a contract that promised no losses and the ability to
receive full refunds at any point, minus commissions.
Request for Action: We implore you to take immediate action to investigate this fraudulent
scheme, locate the individuals involved, and freeze their bank accounts to prevent further
financial harm to innocent victims. This is not an isolated incident, and we believe that bringing
these criminals to justice will prevent them from victimizing others in the future.
We are committed to providing any additional information, evidence, or assistance required to
support any investigation fully. Our collective efforts can ensure that justice is served and that
those responsible for this financial fraud face the consequences of their actions.
Please consider this report a formal request for an FBI investigation into the Online Academy
scam and we eagerly await your response and guidance on how we can proceed with this matter.
