I signed up for this online business and changed my mind about 8 hours later. I cancelled the order. I was told that everything was already in the mail and I would have to return it before getting a refund.

I returned the packages and Ken refunded my money minus $25 for shipping and handling.

During this process Ken charged my credit card $39.95.

No explanation of the charge or notice that he did so.

Stay away from Ken Mazon and the Online Business Systems. Apparently the only way to make money in this business is to charge customer's credit cards for services not rendered.
