Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I placed an order with this company and my credit card was charge 11-4--02. When the order didn't come in the desiganated time I email them and recieved and answer saying that if I would have called the order in they would have told me they were out of stock. The web site told me nothing of the kind. They assured the order had now been placed and I would recieve them in a week.
More then a week went by and I emailed them again only to be to the order was seized and again another order was shipped. I don't believe them and requested my money be refunded and of cource there has been no reply.

Update: Another Email from this company stating my money was refunded on 12-16-2002. Not so. At the end of the email after requesting I remove them from this list it stated it would be ANOTHER 8 to 10 business days. They must think I am stupid. This company has had there charge on my card since 11-04-2004 with no product sent. I have also called and have my credit card company working on getting my refund.
