Online Health Resources LLC Slendera after free trial recurring charge put agains my checking acct Phoenix AZ

I ordered a free trial of Slendera and Bio Cleanse and then less than 30 days later a charge showed up on my checking account for $84.97 and when researching, the bank found out it was a recurring charge and NO information was available on the company - just the name. No phone number, address, email, website etc.  I never authorized a recurring charge, joined a membership, asked for more shipments etc.  And now I have no way of getting in touch with them to discuss, cancel, or question them.  I canceled my card so if they try again next month they won't be able to access my account; and the banik is filing a dispute to investigate and find them.
