The ripoff I have been through is first time I see they only charge $1 for property owner report, so you input all your personal info into the web site and all your credit card info with password, then you got screwed, they never provide anything, the website froze itself and you can never go back , no contact info, all you saw before was blocked and frozen.
This is a intended fraud oepration, I would recommend you stay far away from this site:
