I contracted and paid the company to market the website they built, very poorly, state wide. The website wasn't certered on the screen, it was to the left of the screen. They did the SEO in three cities instead of state wide as stipulated in our contract and it required typing in the city. This doesn't happen in my business which they admitted they knew nothing about. Imagine, a marketing company taking money to advertise a business they know nothing about. They never took any responsibility and went on the defensive, making up stories.
