Ordered a (very expensive) bed through these guys, was told on the order confirmation that it would take 7-10 business days to deliver. 10 business days later tried to reach the company...for 5 days. No returns to phone messages, could not connect to a person by phone, no response to emails.

Finally reached someone on online assistance, was told the only way the order could go through was if I paid an additional $3000 for the whole furniture set. Was promised assistance to find an alternative by manager in customer service department. But the email options she promised were never sent, and again no one will return my messages.
