BEWARE! Do not shop here! It appears that onlinebargains4u.com is a scam or just has horrible customer service/ethics. I never received the watch that I ordered and paid for. I placed an order and my paypal account was charged for this watch back on June 15th, 2007. I received a notice by email that the watch shipped June 18th, 2007.
On August 27th, 2007 I emailed sales@onlinebargains4u.com notifying them that I had still not received the watch and wanted to know the status. They returned my email on August 28th, 2007 saying they would be happy to send the watch or refund my money. I replied the same day stating that I would still like the watch. On October 2nd, 2007 I had still not yet received the watch or any other communication from onlinebargains4u, so I sent an email stating that since it appears that I am not getting the watch, I would like a refund. sales@onlinebargains4u.com replied to my email on October 5th, 2007 saying I am sorry you did not get the watch, please send me a paypal request for the funds and I will be happy to refund.
On October 9th I sent the paypal money request for the refund as per their request. I waited until October 23rd and then followed up with an email and a reminder from paypal. No response. On October 30th, I sent another email and a third request through paypal for the refund. I tried to file a dispute for the charges with paypal but since its past 45 days they will do nothing.
I am writing this on Jan 18th, 2008 exactly 7 months after they took my money and I have received no response, no watch, and no refund. I have been ripped off. In retrospect I feel like onlinebargains4u.com just dealt with me enough to get me to hold on past the time I had to dispute the charges, so I would have no way of getting my money back. Please do not make the same mistake I did.
