Onlinebizmarketing This Co stole money from my bank account. Chris is one of the "supervisers". I would love to nail them Scottsdale Arizona

On August the 6th, Online biz marketing stole money from my checking account. I had my husband call and speak to some women who told him it would take 10 days to refund. Two weeks later, no refund. My husband again called and this time he spoke with Chris. He proceeded to tell my husband that maybe he should teach me a thing about ordering online. I then called Chris back, Chris then told me that I spoke with Amy when I placed my order back in August. Let me tell you something, I never spoke to anyone at this Co. I then asked Chris what exactly he wanted my husband to teach me and he proceeded to get very ugly with me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor, I asked to speak to someone higher then him and he said he was it. I hope that we can get some action against this Co and others like them. I want to prosicute, but don't know how to do it. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau as well. If anyone out there can help with this situation, I would be very greatful.
