I ordered cigarettes from OnlineSmoker back on Jan 5 2003,I havent recieved my product or refund.I have written to them numerous time, and have only recieved 2 emails back from a guy named John.

This company promises one thing and gives you nothing, I have saved all my correspondense with them with dates, they total 27 emails to their 2
