 Do NOT contact this property, look else where, the owner ORI NESHER is a slum lord and a racist, they fix  nothing at this property. The buildings are nasty, holes in the walls, holes in the floor, lights stay out, they give you a apartment that should be banned for human life to live in. The buildings have MOLD, the mailboxes are hanging off the hindges, drug deals daily. This place is awful!!!!! I have not seen rats but they do have SQUIRRELS that come in and out of your apartment.

RUN, RUN, RUN as fast as you can, do not go to this place which is located down the street from the Chit Chat Lounge in Decatur.
