Onrebate.com Company has been promising check is in the mail for 7 months Miami Florida

I filed a rebate from Tiger Direct (Soyo product) to Onrebate.com for 300.00 in July. I tracked it all the way, they posted it as recieved and all was ok. I called several weeks later and said I would have check shortly. I gave them several weeks and called again. Same response. I saw that it was declined months later. I asked why and they stated invalid serial number. I read them the one off the back of the tv and it was what they had. I called Tiger and told them I was being hassled by them. That day it went back to approved, that was two months ago and is still in limbo.
