I purchased the Universal inkjet refill kit from Wall-Mart. I ordered the re-setter chip. I sent them a check for item and S&H. I have called 5 times and still have not received my product. Each time I call I get a different story. It has been almost 3 months and still nothing. I tried their E-Mail add it didn't go thru. msg said invalid add.

You purchased your item from Wal*Mart. If you were to take it back to them due to a defect or some situation of that sort, it would be their problem. If you choose to order accessories direct from the manufactorer, Wal*Mart has nothing to do with your complaint. BTW, I noticed the address of OnTel stuck out like a sore thumb - I believe they distribute many items you see for sale on TV.
