I ordered 2 Arctic air conditioners  from the company Ontrendspower.com.

The receipt said the shipment would be shipped out in three to four days. It's been 2 months and still no product received.

I have contacted the company now 4 times via email. I have repeatedly asked for a status update on the shipment. No response.
