I ordered 2 Artic Air cooling appliances 7/23/2018 and I have never received the product, although my card was charged. Since then, I gave not been able to find a phone number or any information on this company online. A month after I made the purchase, I emailed 'customer service ', so I thought, to ask when I would recieve my order, but never got a response. Total charges were $22.78
