I have an account with Onyx acceptance corp. in Foothill ranch calif. They have so far over charged me interest of almost 900.00 dollars. They weren't sticking to the intrest amount on our contract.
They put the payment higher than it was supposed to be according to a 20% loan. And now they tell me at the end of the contract they want another 1000.00 dollars in intrest.
THe BETTER b usiness BUREAU said they are fraudulantly charging me in the billing area. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone using Onyx ACCEPTANCE for car loans.
