Beware. The Opex Corporation in Moorestown NJ misrepresents their sales. They do not honor their mail scanner deals. You'll get an invoice with a different deal. They don't even care. They leave you hanging with the bill. Be warned - DIFFERENT prices - different mail scanner speals. Best of all their sales won't even return your call to clean up the invoicing bill. The opex sales will make promises and then never deliver. Their service department is even worse from what I hear. They offer warranties and then don't even cover the costs and send you a bill. The opex corporation is nothing but misrepresented, dishonest people who only care about themselves, rather than, selling you mail machines that actually work.

Vice President, Corp. & Legal Affairs

AUTHOR: James - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, February 13, 2012

On behalf of OPEX Corporation, I am sorry to hear about the situation you have described.  We have built a solid and respected business reputation over 40 years by insuring customer satisfaction, and we take these kinds of complaints seriously.

Unfortunately, we do not have enough information based solely on this post to respond specifically to the issues you have described.  If you could provide additional information -- your name, an account name, contact information, invoice number, machine serial numbers, etc. -- we would be better situated to address your concerns.  This website's rules preclude me from including my name or e-mail address, but please feel free to contact OPEX directly and ask for the V.P. - Corp. & Legal Affairs. I will personally look into your situation and do my best to help resolve the matter.

If we have failed to provide a positive customer experience, or if you feel we have not been fair and honest in our business dealings, have billed you incorrectly, or failed to live up to promises or warranties that have been made, we are determined to make the situation right.  We do ask, though, that in fairness you give us this opportunity by contacting us directly as opposed to continuing to dialogue on this website.

Thank you.  We look forward to hearing from you.
