I keep recieving contest entry forms that ask for "processing fees".
The "Opportunities Unlimited Publications Inc." has been the most outrageous in that it appears to be a legal document or certificate.
At the top of this contest entry are terms like,
JUDGES RESOLUTION
PREPARED DOCUMENTS
NOMINATION CONFIRMATION
Motion Brought Forward and Authorized by Judge Thomas Moore and
Judge Mitchell Wagner
Among other legal and government terms.

This seems to me to be an obvious scam aimed at those whom may be impressed by such use of legal mumbo-jumbo.
