O'Premium Water Ripoff Not delivering water as agreed Won't pick up empty bottles when delivering Mesa Arizona

They are suppose to pick up empty bottles and replace them with full bottles, but most of the time they do whatever the driver feels like that day. I have 11 empties and cannot get them until my so called delivery date or if I want them to come early they want to charge me. Completly unfair.... Also I had gotten married two years ago and had them change my addres and name and now when I call in they still don't have it right and they won't change it in their system....
