Optimal Chemical Inc. I ordered Bed Bug Bully and never received the product and they will not answer their phone. Now I am out $72.99 Run from them because they are total scam artists city does not appear Internet only Internet

December 28 I ordered Bed Bug Bully and was told it would ship in 3 to 6 days. I called after the first of the year and was told that they were very busy and would be shipping to arrive approx. Jan 17. Of course it did not arrive. When I called they did not answer because "their representatives were busy assisting other customers....."every choice I made said the same thing....could not talk to a real person after trying for 25 mins. They are not going to ship anything to me and I am out $72.99.
Do not deal with this company because they are a total scam.

We receive an order from the customer and have advised them of the delay because we are in back-order of the specific product.
We understand that there was a delay but customer have agreed to still continue with the order so we have shipped the products as agreed.
